1. Shipping Method
PartsFixit offer different shipping methods to deliver our products over the world. You can choose any one as you like. Usually we offer DHL, UPS, EMS, HongKong Post and Singapore Post shipping methods. However, if your order products contain too many different brands or batteries, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem. And we will confirm with you before shipping, so please keep in touch with us.
If you have Chinese partner or Chinese forwarder, we can ship the goods to him/her as you require, please kindly tell us his/her contact information, including name, address and phone number. But please note we will not bear the shipping fee.
2. Shipping Time
It depends on the goods you order and the shipping method you choose. Usually, your order will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment being confirmed. If your order products are out of stock or order date at holidays, we will contact you within 24 hours and give you solution soon.
After your order is shipped out, you can track it on each international courier’s website or refer to below estimate delivery time table.
