Pre-Installation Testing Guide
Handle with Care
1. Screens are fragile components. Always test the screen before installation.
2. Do not remove protective films or labels during testing.
3. Avoid electrostatic discharge (ESD) by grounding yourself and working in a static-safe environment.
Testing Procedure
Step 1: Connect the replacement screen’s flex cable to the test device’s motherboard cable.
Step 2: Power on the device and check for normal display functionality (e.g., brightness, color, touch response if applicable).
Result:
If the screen functions properly: Proceed with installation.
If the screen fails to turn on or shows defects: Stop immediately and contact our support team. Do not proceed with installation.
Warning:
Avoid excessive bending of the flex cable. Bending beyond 90 degrees may cause permanent damage, such as black screens, flickering, or vertical lines.
Handle cables gently and ensure they lie flat during installation.
